American Rare Earths Ltd. (ASX: ARR, FSE: 1BHA) is an Australian exploration company listed in Australia and Germany, focused on the exploration and development of properties with high grades of rare earths and critical metals such as scandium in North America and Australia. Located 170 kilometers northwest of Phoenix in the U.S. state of Arizona, the company owns 100% of the La Paz Rare Earth Project. It already has an Australian JORC standard resource of 128.2 Mt grading 373.4 ppm (0.037%) rare earths. In addition to this flagship, the Searchlight Rare Earth project in Nevada was acquired in the spring of 2021. Almost simultaneously, the Company secured near-surface mineral rights in Western Australia for scandium at the Split Rocks project. The company's goal is to become an independent supplier in this market, which is very much dominated by China.
