Classic Minerals Limited (ASX: CLZ, FSE: 2I7) is an Australian and German listed company with two exceptional properties in south-western Australia, the Forrestania Gold Project and the Kat Gap Gold Project, with a combined resource of 403,906 ounces of gold. Kat Gap (92,869 ounce Australian JORC standard gold resource) is currently being prepared for gold production. The Gekko plant, which has already been completed, is designed to produce 20,000 ounces per year and now provides a steady cash flow that can be used to fund further exploration efforts. The transition from mine developer to gold producer thus continues to take shape from month to month.
